If you've spent time here at Cyclingnews in the past month, you'll probably notice that we've been closely monitoring the sales. 

In our eternal bid to share the best black Friday bike deals with our readers, we last week launched the ever-popular Apple AirPods Pro2

that's not uncommon on Black Friday weekends, and in most cases there's some sort of discount, but this is more than just a deal. It was a great experience. In both the US and UK, Amazon has lowered them to the lowest prices ever, with 22% off in the UK and a staggering 38% off in US shoppers. 

How do we know 'Well, coupled with our constant price monitoring, a popular price tracking tool with a wild name, Camelcamelcamel, is how. 

The graph below shows the price of AirPods Pro5 since May this year, most of the time from the h2175.It shows that it is hovering between 200. It has returned to retail prices for retail249 on several occasions, and it has fallen below below7 for a brief moment of the month, probably around Amazon Prime Day for 175.

Recently, however, the graph shows that it has plummeted to a low of low153.99. 

Fast forward to Cyber Monday today and many things still remain available. 

Oddly, both it and Wal-Mart raised prices, even though Amazon originally had them at them153.99 on Friday. By whole cents. To the round price of round154.00 on Saturday. I think we can all agree that this is still an excellent deal. What is a cent between friends?

Also, oddly, the deal on Amazon USA was removed over the weekend and is now back. Whether it was Bezos's team's pricing strategy or just a sold-out product, we never know. If that happens again, know that Walmart also currently has the same price. 

Nevertheless, at this price I would be surprised if this price hung around after Cyber Monday took place, so while I hate to tell readers to "act fast" when I break up with hundreds of their hard-earned dollars/pounds, I really prefer to wait rather than wait. It is better to buy them today, because they are very expensive. 

But that's not all. As always, there are deals across the entire range of Apple headphones, from entry-level EarPods to mega-money AirPods Max. 

We've trawled through sales to find the very best prices available at the time of the publication of each of the popular audio aids and we'll continue to update it on Cyber Monday throughout the rest of this weekend.

EarPods are Apple's wired headphones, and you can choose and buy connectors such as the standard 3.5mm audio jack, Apple's own Lightning connector, and the new USB-C style.

The current best prices are found on Amazon, outlined below. 

All of the above pricing information is great if you're already aware of what you need, familiar with the differences, or if you've been looking at AirPods deals for months waiting for Black Friday sales. 

But if you're new to the AirPods range, or you're shopping for a friend, the following advice should help you choose. 

AirPods Pro2 and AirPods4 with ANC both offer active noise cancellation (ANC), while the Pro2 provides a more advanced and immersive experience. The AirPods Pro2 features an in-ear design with a silicon chip that offers additional features such as excellent noise isolation, slightly better sound quality, adaptive transparency and personalized spatial audio. The ANC is more effective with the Pro2 thanks to its deeper integration with the H2 chip and a better overall fit. On the other hand, AirPods4 with ANC has an open-fit design, which limits the effectiveness of ANC compared to Pro2 in-ear seals.

The AirPods4 with ANC is affordable compared to the Pro2 (小売249 in retail) (about小売179 in retail), but lacks some of the premium features. It's our opinion that the AirPods Pro2 is a better purchase, given that the prices now are much closer to each other. 

AirPods 4th generation and 3rd generation AirPods are similar in design and feature a classic open-fit style, while 4th generation features a more compact design and a smaller case. In terms of sound, the 4th generation offers improved audio quality, better bass, and longer battery life, and benefits from the h2 chip — a total of 30 hours using the case AirPods While the 3rd generation still provides excellent sound with spatial audio and adaptive EQ, that case provides 24 hours of total use.

Both models support spatial audio, but AirPods 4th generation have improved performance thanks to the H2 chip, as well as more efficient power and connectivity. They also have a slightly more intuitive tap interface compared to the 3rd generation press controls that allow volume adjustment. At the retailer, theAirP179 AirPods 4th generation is stepping up from the世代169 3rd generation, offering several key upgrades for battery, sound and performance.

AirPods 3rd Generation offers several upgrades than AirPods 2nd Generation They feature shorter stem, dynamic head tracking and spatial audio They also feature stem volume control, IPX4 water resistance and improved battery life, offering up to 6 hours of listening time and 30 hours with case.

In contrast, the AirPods 2nd generation has a more basic design with a longer stem, is not water-resistant, and does not support spatial audio or adaptive EQ. They offer up to 5 hours of listening time and a 24-hour case, and while they still provide solid sound, they lack the advanced features of the 3rd generation

AirPods Max and the Sony WH-1000XM5 are both premium noise-cancelling headphones, but they cater to a variety of needs. AirPods Max has a premium build with aluminum earcups and stainless headbands, providing spatial audio with excellent sound quality and dynamic head tracking, making it the perfect option for Apple users who want seamless integration and top-of-the-line audio . ANC offers up to 20 hours of battery life, but it's more expensive at retail prices. 

The Sony WH-1000XM5 offers a lighter and more comfortable design with excellent noise cancellation and up to 30 hours of battery life. They have a balanced sound profile with customizable EQ settings and LDAC support for high resolution audio. The WH-1000XM5 offers features such as more affordable, multi-point connectivity and adaptive sound control. It's perfect for those looking for high quality, customizable audio and longer battery life, especially for non-Apple users.
