Juliette Rabou, DSM-Farmenich Post NL at the Giro d'Italia, leads the GC charge.

DSM-Filmenig Post NL is the first WWT team to announce its registration for the second women's Grand Tour this year.

Lovace, runner-up in the 2023 Giro, along with a strong eight-stage support team consisting of Francesca Barrale, Eleonora Chavocco, Franziska Koch, Josie Nelson, Becky Storey, and Nienke Vinke, will be joined by male teammate revealed in a video announcement featuring John Degenkolb.

The 25-year-old Labouse is in great form, having won the French national road race title at the end of June. He has also performed well in stage races throughout 2024, finishing 5th in Romandie, 3rd in Ituria, and 4th in the Vuelta.

"I am looking forward to traveling to Italy for my second Grand Tour of the season with this exciting team. Our goal for the race with Juliette as a GC contending finisher is clear and with this team supporting her, I am confident that together we can achieve our goals," team coach Kelvin Decker said on the team website. [I have really good memories of this race, where we finished second overall last year. We are looking forward to getting started and showing our team colors on the road."

Lovace, who only lost to the now-retired Annemiek van Vleuten in last year's event, will start in Brescia on July 7 against Gaia Rialini, Elisa Longo Borghini (both Lidl Trek), and Lotte Kopecky (SD Walks Pro Time ), who have the confidence to go even further against the likes of.

The race will start with a 15.7km individual time trial in Lombardy, with overall GC likely to be decided after stage 7.

She will be racing on the road with Audrey Cordon-Lago and Victoire Berteau, as well as in a time trial with the former.
