The organizers of the Tour de France Femme Avec Zwift have announced the 22 teams that will compete in this year's second edition of the event. In addition to the WorldTour teams, the Ceratizit-WNT and Lifeplus Wahoo teams have earned automatic entry as the top two Continental teams.
The ASO gave wildcards to five teams on Friday: the AG Insurance Soudal Quickstep of Belgium, Alcare of France, Cofidis, San Michele Mavic Ober93, and Koop Hitek Products of Norway.
The lineup is almost identical to that of 2022, but this year Coop Hitech Products is replacing Parkhotel Valkenburg, which was not invited.
The second edition of the revived women's Tour de France begins on July 23, the same day as the men's finale in Paris, just 100 days away.
Unlike last year, the women's race will start in a different city than the men's, starting in Clermont-Ferrand and finishing in Pau on July 30.
The women will enter the high Pyrenees for the first time, with a stage finishing at the Col du Tourmalet and a time trial in Pau on the final day being the main decisive stages.
The Movistar team returns as defending champions after a dominant performance by Annemiek van Fruten last year. Other world teams include EF Education-TIBCO, FDJ-SUEZ, Fenix-Deceuninck, Human Powered Health, Israel Premier Tech Roland, Liv Racing Teqfind, Team DSM, Jayco-AlUla, Jumbo-Visma, SD Worx, Trek-Segafredo, UAE Team ADQ, and Uno-X.
