New Teams Q36.5 and Zaaf Win Wild Cards for Paris-Roubaix

Paris-Roubaix organizers announced 24 women's World Tour teams and 25 men's teams, giving wild cards to two teams, Q36.5 and Zarf.

Tom Devlint, who finished fourth in last year's Paris-Roubaix, was with Intermarche and joins Team Q36.5 this season; Audrey Cordon-Lago, who finished eighth in the 2021 Paris-Roubaix fam, is with the Zarf cycling team.

The 120th Paris-Roubaix will take place on Sunday, April 9.

All world teams have earned automatic invitations to the Hell of the North, and the top three men's pro teams (Total Energy, Lotto Doustony, and Israel Premier Tech) have also qualified.

In addition to Q36.5, organizers selected Bingoal Pauwels Sauzen WB, Team Flanders Baloise (formerly Topsport Vlaanderen), and the Uno-X Pro Cycling Team.

Expect Alexander Kristoff, who has twice finished in the top 10 in Paris-Roubaix (2013, 2015) and moved to Uno-X from Intermarché this season, to lead the team in the race.

Along with Ceratizit - WNT Pro Cycling Team and Lifeplus Wahoo, the top two UCI Continental women's teams in 2022, there are 15 women's WorldTeams that have earned automatic qualification to the third edition of the event.

In addition to Zarf, six other teams have been invited: AG Insurance - Soudal Quick-Step Team, Arkéa, Cofidis, Parkhotel Valkenburg, St Michel-Mavic-Auber 93, Stade Rochelais Charente Maritime.

Trek Segafredo won the first and second editions with Lizzie Deignan in 2021 and Elisa Longo Borghini in 2022.
