Michael Eisner Accused of Voyeurism of Guests

Former Coors Classic Race director Michael Eisner has been charged by Colorado prosecutors with multiple counts of secretly recording guests at his Boulder home.

The Boulder Daily Camera reported earlier this week that Eisner, 70, was charged with "invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, attempted invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, and tampering with physical evidence." [Quaar, a pioneering American race held from 1980 to 1988 and won by Greg Lemont, Dale Stetina, Raul Alcala, Bernard Inaud, Connie Carpenter-Finney, Rebecca Twigg, Jeannie Longo, Inga Thompson, and others He came to prominence in the cycling world as race director of the Quads International Bicycle Classic, a pioneering American race won by Innault, Connie Carpenter-Finney, Rebecca Twigg, Jeannie Longo, and Inga Thompson.

According to the Daily Camera, recent charges in Boulder stem from Eisner's involvement with a "couch surfing app" that allegedly encouraged male customers to use his personal bathroom and then secretly recorded them as they showered. Authorities began their investigation after one of Eisner's guests said that he "noticed what appeared to be a small, 'semi-hidden' spy camera pointed at the shower."

Police searched the Eisner residence and seized the "Tammi mini spy camera" along with a "computer containing video files."

According to the Daily Camera, other videos seized during the search show a man entering the shower with the curtains closed, Eisner placing and removing the camera, and asking someone how to delete or overwrite the camera files.

According to the Daily Camera, Eisner denied the accusations and told authorities that "the camera was never on in the bathroom and there are no videos of people showering on the computer."

"Based on these statements and his attempt to delete the videos from the SD card, Michael was clearly making false statements to avoid criminal charges," the detective wrote in his arrest affidavit.

Eisner is scheduled for arraignment on November 15 and is currently free on $2,500 bail.
