Alberto Contador and Andy Schleck revived their fierce rivalry from a few years ago to face off in a racing showdown in China at the "Ride like a Pro" expo near Shanghai on Saturday.
Instead of racing up high mountain roads, former Tour de France riders Contador and Andy Schleck competed on small children's bikes set up in a parking lot.
Contador was disqualified for doping, and Schleck, who won the 2010 Tour de France, got off to a slow start and quickly fell behind, perhaps because he was 10 cm taller than Contador.
Contador had plenty of time to celebrate his "victory" .......
The event is part of the amateur Giro d'Italia, and the "Ride like a Pro" is a two-day amateur cycling event.
