Velocio has announced that it will donate profits from the sale of its 2020 Unity riding jersey to the Coronavirus Relief Fund to help victims of the coronavirus outbreak. This donation is in line with the company's values in the areas of social and human welfare.

The coloring of the 2020 Unity jersey was inspired by the tulip fields of the Netherlands, and Velocio's designers considered size-specific patterns to ensure that the Unity jersey looks great regardless of body shape or garment elasticity.

Structurally, each jersey is made from high gauge Italian knit fabric. Velocio sources the fabric from Lombardy and the jerseys are manufactured in Piedmont. This ensures that the material and manufacturing supply chain complies as much as possible with EU labor codes and manufacturing quality.

The material composition of Velocio's 2020 Unity jersey is 90% recycled polyester and 10% elastane, which is part of Velocio's strategy to be a responsible and sustainable cycling company, using recycled materials whenever possible. Velocio also adheres to its 1% Commitment clause, which donates 1% of its gross revenue to environmental causes.

A notable ergonomic feature of the 2020 Unity jersey is the anti-sag pocket, which maintains perfect shape and tension when holding a smartphone, keys, or snacks. A lightweight YKK Camlock zipper securely holds items in the pockets, and the 2020 Unity jersey also features an SPF 30 UV protection index.
